Based in Brighton and Hove, we are here to help our clients get stronger, leaner and more confident. We work to a busy timetable of Kettlercise, HIIT training, and Totally Shredded. Loads of our classes can be done over ZOOM, so you can join us from anywhere in the world. We know it can be hard to find the time to exercise….so we aim to maximise the time you spend with us to be as rewarding, effective, and as fun as possible!
