We have a wide variety of classes on our timetable. We welcome beginners, and in every instance will we offer options to suit participants of all levels of fitness. We have an awesome community of people who come to our classes to sweat and smile with us, of all shapes, sizes and ages. Everyone working together towards their goals: whether that be to get fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier! (or all of those!)










ZOOM online classes
During social distancing we have moved many of our classes online. They can be accessed via the conferencing app ZOOM.US, which is totally free.
Just open it up on your computer, or get the app on your phone/tablet. You'll be able to see us...and we'll be able to see you!
When you book your class with us (on our booking site GYMCATCH, or via MOVEGB/CLASSPASS if you are a member of either of those), you will then be sent the ZOOM access codes. First class is still FREE if you'd like give it a try. Just message us if you need help setting up ZOOM (It's easy....we promise!!)

Weighted intervals cunningly interspersed with heart rate raising cardio bursts, followed by 10 mins of relaxing deep stretch.
